Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropertyCareApp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Monthly subscription fees are billed per "unit" as displayed on our Pricing Page. A "unit" refers to the property or location registered under your account. Payments are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. All fees are non-refundable, including partial months.

Trial Period (No Credit Card Required)

Some plans include a free trial period that does not require a credit card. If you do not add a valid payment method before the trial ends, your account will be automatically suspended. You may reactivate your account by entering your payment details and subscribing to a paid plan.

Feature Availability

Feature access depends on the subscription plan you have selected. Some features (e.g., SMS notifications, premium analytics, custom integrations) are only available in higher-tier or custom plans.

Custom Development & Additional Services

For any custom development, additional modules, or modifications outside the standard subscription plans, a separate agreement will be provided, and fees will be charged based on person-hour effort or a quoted price.

Payments & Late Fees

All payments must be completed through PropertyCareApp's secure online payment gateway (Stripe). Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Data Security & Privacy

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including regular backups and access controls, to protect customer data. In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected customers within 48 hours and take steps to mitigate the impact. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the last three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Client Showcase & Marketing

By default, we may display your company name, logo, and project details in our portfolio, marketing materials, or on our website as a case study. If you wish to prevent your name and project from being displayed, you must submit a written request. This will only be applied upon mutual agreement and payment of the agreed fee as determined by both parties.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in illegal activity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and province/state where our company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the same jurisdiction.
