How to Delete Your Account and Data Permanently

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, simply follow the steps below :

1. Log in to the App: Use your credentials to log in to your account through the app.
   
   
2. Access the Profile Menu: Navigate to the profile section in the app menu.
   
   
3. Select “Delete Account”: From the profile menu, select the “Delete Account” option.
   
   

What Happens Next?

• Temporary Deactivation: Once you request to delete your account, it will be temporarily deactivated. During this period, your account will no longer be accessible or visible.
  
  
• Automatic Deletion After 90 Days: After 90 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Important Notes:

• The 90-day window allows you to reactivate your account if you change your mind or accidentally initiated the deletion process.
• After the 90-day period, recovery of the account or data will no longer be possible.
